First, core features
1:Double-sided strong adhesive:
Double-sided adhesive design, both sides can be strongly bonded, suitable for scenes that need to be hidden and fixed (such as carpet splicing, plate bonding).
2:Tensile and tear resistance:
High density woven fabric fabric provides excellent tensile strength, is not prone to breaking or deformation, and can withstand heavy dragging or high frequency vibration.
3:Strong weather resistance:
High temperature resistance (usually -20℃~80℃), waterproof and moisture-proof, adapt to the complex environment such as humidity and large temperature difference.
4:Cushioning:
Tape thickness is moderate, can absorb shock or impact force, protect the bonding surface from wear.
5:Traceless and easy to tear:
Some products with release paper design, convenient construction, no residual glue after removal, no damage to the surface.
Second, material structure
Substrate layer:
High density woven fabric (polyester or cotton) for flexibility and mechanical strength.
Glue layer:
Both sides are coated with rubber glue or acrylic adhesive, strong and durable (partially reinforced with fiberglass mesh).
Release layer:
Cover the release paper/film on both sides to protect the adhesive surface from pre-sticking dust, and peel off as needed when using.
